Turkish Eggs
Ingredients:
- ½ cup greek yogurt 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 1 tsp minced garlic 
- salt and pepper to taste 
- 3 tbsp butter 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- ½ tsp paprika 
- ½ tsp crushed red chili flakes 
- 4 eggs 
- 1 tbsp chili butter 
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 
Instructions:
- In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside. 
- In a small saucepan, melt together butter and olive oil and add the paprika and red chili flakes. 
- Let the mixture sizzle for 30 seconds and then turn off the heat. 
- Poach 4 eggs. 
- Spread your yogurt mix on the bottom of a serving dish and gently top with the poached eggs. 
- Generously drizzle the plate with the chili butter 
- Garnish with some fresh chopped cilantro and serve with crispy bread.
