Turkish Eggs
Instructions:
In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt together butter and olive oil and add the paprika and red chili flakes.
Let the mixture sizzle for 30 seconds and then turn off the heat.
Poach 4 eggs.
Spread your yogurt mix on the bottom of a serving dish and gently top with the poached eggs.
Generously drizzle the plate with the chili butter
Garnish with some fresh chopped cilantro and serve with crispy bread.
