Spicy Peanut Noodles
Instructions:
To make the marinade for the beef, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, crushed red chillies, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
Then add the ground beef, mix it well, and let it marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
In a small skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add red chili flakes, and minced garlic. Remove from the heat once it starts sizzling.
To the hot oil, add peanut butter, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, water, sesame oil, and vinegar. Mix until it’s all combined, and set the sauce aside.
In a few tablespoons of oil, start cooking the ground beef until it is brown and crispy.
Cook the noodles, and add them directly to your sauce.
Toss the noodles in the sauce, top with crispy beef, and sliced scallions.
