Strawberry Roohafza Dalgona


Ingredients:

  • Roohafza (rose syrup)

  • diced strawberries

  • crushed ice

  • milk

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


Instructions:

  1. Whip together heavy cream and 3-4 tbsp Roohafza syrup until the cream is lightly thickened. Set aside.

  2. Drizzle about a tablespoon of Roohafza inside of your glass.

  3. Add a few tbsp of diced strawberries to the bottom of the glass.

  4. Top with crushed ice and milk.

  5. Gently top the glass with a few tbsp of the whipped Roohafza cream.

  6. Garnish with more strawberries.
