Roohafza Tres Leches
Instructions:
Make your yellow cake as directed on the package but swap the water for milk and the oil for butter.
Bake the cake as directed on the package.
Once the cake is removed from the over, use a toothpick or skewer to poke holes all over the cake.
While the cake cools slightly, mix together the heavy cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and Roohafza.
While the cake is still warm, pour the Roohafza mixture over the top. It will soak everything up.
Refrigerate the cake while you make the whipped cream topping. Combine the heavy cream and sugar. Whisk this together until stiff peaks form.
When the cake is completely cool, top it with the whipped cream.
Garnish the cake with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.
