RoohAfza Dalgona


Ingredients:

  • ⅓ c cream

  • 2-3 tbsp RoohAfza syrup (or any rose/sweet flavoured syrup) 

  • milk

  • ice

  • chopped pistachios, for garnishing

  • dried rose petals, for garnishing



     


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add the cream and syrup of your choice.

  2. Then use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the cream until it has thickened.

  3. In a glass, add ice and fill it with milk. Make sure not to fill it all the way to the top.

  4. Top the milk with the cream mixture.

  5. Garnish with rose petals and chopped pistachios.
