Chicken Wings
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Mix together baking soda, salt, garlic powder and black pepper and add the wings into the spice mix.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Place the wings on top with the skin the side up, leaving space between the wings. Do not crowd the pan.
Place the wings in the oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, increase the oven temp to 500 degrees and cook for another 25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
For the cilantro jalapeno sauce, mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and let sit while the wings bake.
To prepare the honey sriracha sauce, mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and let sit while the wings bake.
Remove the wings from the oven and place half the wings in the cilantro jalapeno sauce and half the wings in the honey sriracha sauce.
