Roasted Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole salmon fillet

  • 2-3 tbsps olive oil

  • 2 tsp za’atar

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp black pepper 

  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning


Instructions:

  1. Place the salmon fillet on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Mix together the spices and generously sprinkle over the salmon.

  3. Place the salmon in a cold oven and once inside, turn the oven on to 450 degrees. Let the salmon cook for 25 minutes.

  4. Remove the salmon from the oven and serve with your favorite sides.
