Croissant Bread Pudding
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Tear apart croissants and add them to a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar and butter.
Pour this mixture evenly over the croissants.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts and chocolate chips over the croissants and then press lightly with a spatula to make sure everything is soaked in the liquid.
Let the bread sit for at least an hour to let the croissants completely soak up the liquid.
Right before placing the pudding in the oven, sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once cooled, serve slices with dollops of whipped cream and garnish with more chopped nuts.
