Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Instructions:
Line a sheet pan or tray with parchment paper.
Add about 1 cup of chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring
between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Skewer each strawberry with a wood skewer or toothpick.
Holding the strawberry by the skewer, dip the fruit into the chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any
excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.
Set strawberry on the parchment paper and repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
Let the strawberries set for about 10-20 minutes before decorating.
