Brown Butter M&M Blondies
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
Oil a 9x13 inch baking dish and line with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it’s light brown, stirring frequently.
As soon as the butter has browned, remove from the heat and pour it into a large mixing bowl. Let
the butter cool for 5 minutes.
5. To the butter, add brown sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
6. Stir in the vanilla, then add in the eggs and egg yolks.
7. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
8. Finally, fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
9. Spoon batter into dish and garnish with more M&Ms and sprinkles.
10. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the edges are firm and golden and the center is slightly wobbly.
11. Let cool at least 30 minutes before cutting.
