Bolognese
Instructions:
Add a few tablespoons of oil to a pan.
Cook the onions for a few minutes until they soften.
Then add the minced garlic, salt, oregano, crushed red chilies, and fennel seeds, and cook for a minute.
Cook the spices for a minute, and then add the ground chicken.
Saute the chicken until it’s fully cooked and browned.
Add the jar of tomato sauce, and stir in the sauce while scraping the sides and bottom of the pan.
Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook the sauce for at least 15-30 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, boil the pasta by following the instructions on the packaging. Retain a cup of pasta water.
To finish the sauce, add cream, and parmesan cheese to the sauce.
Add the cooked and drained pasta plus a cup of pasta water to the sauce.
Toss the pasta in the sauce until it thickens and coats each piece.
Finish by sprinkling with grated parmesan.
