Hariyali Chicken Karahi
Instructions:
Add olive oil to your pan and to the oil as the onion, garlic paste, ginger paste and serrano chilies. Cook for a few minutes until the onions have softened and then add the chicken.
Once the chicken is no longer pink, add ground coriander, cumin, pepper, red chili powder, garam masala and salt. Cook the chicken in the spices for about 1-2 minutes and then add the yogurt.
While the chicken is cooking, blend together the fresh mint, one serrano chili and water in a blender.
After a few minutes the yogurt will cook out and the oil in the pan will rise to the top. Add the blended mint and chili into the chicken.
Continue cooking on medium heat until the sauce thickens and your chicken is cooked through.
To serve, top with sliced onion, cilantro, sliced ginger and thinly sliced chillies.
