Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/4 red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, finely diced
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
Mix everything together in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes before serving with chips or along-side grilled meat or seafood.
