Peach & Berry Crumble


Ingredients:

  • 1 peach, sliced

  • ½ cup berries

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp corn starch

  • a squeeze of lemon

Crumble

  • ½ cup flour (¾ cup if you want a more crumbly crust)

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • sprinkle of salt

  • 4 tbsp cold butter
     


Instructions:

  1. Mix the sliced peach and berries with brown sugar, corn starch, and a squeeze of lemon.

  2. Place fruit in small ramekins or one large dish.

  3. For the crumble, mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cold butter. When the butter is fully incorporated and the mixture feels like wet sand, add to the top of the fruit.

  4. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the fruit is tender
