Crispy Tandoori Chicken Tacos
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Add chicken and sauté until it is no longer pink, for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the spices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
When the chicken is completely cooked through, add the onions and bell peppers.
Once the veggies have softened, remove the chicken and veggies from the pan.
Use the remaining oil and spices in the pan (or add a few more tbsp of oil if necessary), then place some tortillas in the pan.
Add shredded cheese to the tortilla and a generous amount of the chicken mixture. Fold over the tortillas and crisp the tacos in the pan on both sides.
Remove and serve with sour cream and sliced chilies.
