Chicken Tikka Sandwiches
Instructions:
Add olive oil to a pan with onions, bell pepper, salt, and red chili powder on low-medium heat.
Once the veggies have softened add the tandoori chicken.
Cook until the chicken is warmed through, then set aside to cool.
To the cooled chicken, add mayonnaise, green onions, cilantro and shredded cheese.
Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture on a slice of your favorite bread and then cover with another slice.
Smear some butter on both sides of the sandwich and then place it in a pan on medium/low heat.
Let it cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Slice and serve with cilantro chutney.
