Chapli Kebab Spring Rolls
Instructions:
In a food processor, add red bell pepper, ginger, and Serrano chili. Pulse until everything forms a thick paste.
In a large bowl, add ground chicken, bell pepper mixture, green onions, cilantro, and spices. Using your hands, combine all of the ingredients together until you form a homogenous mixture.
Using a piping bag, or a small spoon, add the filling in a long line across the top of the wrapper (make sure it’s only about 1/2 in thick. Roll up the wrapper, using the flour water mixture as glue. Cut the rolls into your desired size preference.
You can freeze the rolls in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a ziplock bag once frozen.
When you want to serve, fry the rolls on medium low heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Make sure the heat is low otherwise the wrapper will brown before the meat inside has a chance to cook all the way through.
Serve with your favorite cilantro chutney.
