Butter Chicken French Bread Pizza
Instructions:
Place the french bread on a cookie sheet, cut-side up, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
In a large skillet, on medium-high heat, saute the diced chicken in a few tbsp of olive oil.
After 1-2 minutes, add the ginger and garlic paste and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Add tomato paste and saute for another minute, then add all of the spices (except the fenugreek). Add the water to the pan so the spices don’t burn and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add cream and fenugreek and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
Once the bread is toasted, top generously with the butter chicken and shredded cheese.
Bake until the cheese is completely melted, then garnish with fresh sliced onions and serrano chilies.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
