Asian Braised Beef Short Ribs
Instructions:
Place the boneless short rib in one layer in an oven-safe baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the sauce over the beef and ensure all of the pieces are evenly coated.
Cover the dish with foil and place in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
Remove the dish from the oven, remove the foil, and flip all of the beef.
Place the dish in the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes until the meat is browned on top.
Serve with your choice of sides and garnishes.
