Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Marinade
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Shan tandoori chicken masala
1 tbsp Shan chicken tikka masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
Instructions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and add the chicken.
Make sure the chicken is fully coated in the marinade, then let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes - the longer, the better.
Line your air fryer with some parchment paper and add the chicken in a single layer, making sure not to crowd the air fryer.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs. Cook for another 6-8 minutes.
