Achari Potatoes au Gratin
Instructions:
In a skillet on medium high heat, saute sliced onions in olive oil until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add achar masala, salt, red chili flakes, and water. Cook for another 2 minutes, then add the heavy cream.
Bring the cream to a boil, then remove from the heat.
In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, cream mixture, and shredded cheese (ending with the cream and cheese).
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender, and the top has browned.
