Momofuku Spicy Noodles w/ Tingly Shrimp


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp Momofuku Tingly seasoned salt

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 bunches of scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces (only greens)

  • 1 Serrano chili, thinly sliced

  • 3 packets Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles


Instructions:

  1. Season shrimp generously with seasoned salt.

  2. In a hot wok, add sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add the raw shrimp and sauté until just cooked - about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

  4. Add 1/2 of the scallions to the pan and sauté until softened. Then add the Serrano chilies.

  5. Let the chilies cook for 1 min, then add the sauce from the noodle packets.

  6. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Then drain the noodles and add them to the wok.

  7. Stir the noodles in the pan until the sauce evenly coats each noodle.

  8. Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan, along with the remainder of the scallions. Toss everything together to combine.
