Ras Malai Fudge
Instructions:
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter with saffron and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and melted butter to a skillet on medium low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, then turn off the heat.
Mix in ground cardamom and chopped pistachios, then spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Top with garnishes and use a small knife or spatula to gently press the toppings into the fudge.
Refrigerate until fully set, about 1-2 hours, then cut into small squares.
