Kulfi


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream

  • ½ cup evaporated milk

  • ½ cup condensed milk

  • ½ cup white bread crumbs (put 1-2 slices of bread in a food processor)

  • 2 tbsp ground almonds

  • 2 tbsp ground pistachios 

  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom



     


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, bread crumbs, almonds, pistachios, and ground cardamom.

  2. The pour it in disposable shot glasses (or any type of popsicle mold, or a large dish)

  3. Cover each glass with a piece of foil, and then stick a popsicle stick through the center.

  4. Freeze for a few hours or overnight until the kulfi has solidified.

  5. Remove them from the mild, sprinkle with some more nuts, and serve on ice so they don’t melt.
