Kulfi
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mix cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, bread crumbs, almonds, pistachios, and ground cardamom.
The pour it in disposable shot glasses (or any type of popsicle mold, or a large dish)
Cover each glass with a piece of foil, and then stick a popsicle stick through the center.
Freeze for a few hours or overnight until the kulfi has solidified.
Remove them from the mild, sprinkle with some more nuts, and serve on ice so they don’t melt.
