Jalapeno Popper Chicken Patties
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chicken, salt and garlic powder. Mix to combine.
Slice the jalapenos length wise. Remove the seeds if you prefer it to be less spicy.
Spoon a tbsp of the chicken mixture to the top of the sliced jalapeno.
Wrap the entire thing in a square sized puff pastry.
Lay the patties on a baking sheet and brush each with a beaten egg.
Bake them for 15-2o minutes until the pastry is golden brown on the outside.
Serve with ranch on the side.
