Fruit Chaat


Ingredients:

  • 7 cups chopped fruit (I used equal parts banana, apple, pear, grapes, strawberries, mango, and oranges) - other options include peaches, kiwi, berries, dragonfruit, passionfruit, etc.

  • 2-3 tbsp condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 2-3 tbsp tajin or chaat masala (i used tajin)


Instructions:

  1. Add chopped fruit to a mixing bowl (make sure fruit is all cut the same size and there are equal amounts of each)

  2. Add freshly squeezed orange juice, condensed milk, and tajin or chaat masala.

  3. Mix everything together well, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour (gets better the longer it sits).
