Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Fudge


Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cups of water 

  • 20 oz white chocolate 

  • 3 tbsp butter 

  • 14 oz condensed milk 

  • 1/8 tsp salt 

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries 

  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios 



Instructions:

  1. Start by adding about 1 inch of water to a small saucepan bringing it to a boil.

  2. Once the water boils, lower the heat to a simmer and place a heatproof bowl on top. To the bowl add the white chocolate, butter and condensed milk. Gently stir this while the chocolate melts.

  3. Add salt to the melted chocolate and mix together.

  4. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the chocolate cool for 1 minute and then add the dried cranberries and pistachios or any mix-ins of your choice. Mix everything well.

  5. Line a dish with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate. Sprinkle with some toppings and gently press to make the toppings stick.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until the fudge solidifies and then use the parchment paper to easily pull out of the dish.

  7. Slice the fudge into squares and serve.
