Buffalo Chicken Bread
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, red onions, scallions, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, cilantro, buffalo sauce, salt and garlic powder, and mix well.
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry or some pizza dough.
Add the filling to the rolled dough, making sure to keep it in only the center/middle of the rolled dough.
On one side of the filling, use a pizza cutter to cut ½ inch pieces of the dough.
Using three strips at a time, braid the dough.
Then pull the opposite side of the dough over your chicken filling.
Brush the dough with a beaten egg.
Then pull the braids over the center and stick them to the opposite side.
More egg wash over the braids.
Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds or any seasoning of your choice.
Lastly, place the sliced jalapenos on the dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown all over.
Cut into slices, and serve.
